“The time for the water to pass through the coffee grounds is longer, extracting more flavours from the coffee” – this is the theory of deep filtering which can only be achieved with a Nel dripper. Cafec have achieved this with the Deep Dripper due to the 45° bottom angle and hexagon shape.

Cafec believe this to be the best dripper for ultimate flavour coffee. The dot ribs provide an air layer that allows the coffee grinds to expand. The unique Cafec Deep Dripper is designed to prepare 3-7 cups.
