HLP Platinum Series Digital Therm

The HLP Platinum series digital coffee thermometer is so versatile – it can be used to measure any heated  liquid.  The safety clip allows you to attach the thermometer to the side of the jug or pot in use. 

To use:

Press the “on” button and side the clip with the thermometer onto the jug until 2-3cm (or more) of the probe is immersed in the liquid. When pressed, the “hold” button will hold the current reading on the screen until pressed again.  “Min/Max” when pressed will display the minimum temp read since last switched off.  Press again to display the maximum temp read since last switched off. 

This unit is waterproof, has a measuring range of -50c to 150c and is dishwasher safe.  And it’s elegant to boot!
